Do nasal strips work for sleep?
If your nose closes up or gets blocked at night, the strip keeps it more open and you breathe more easily. They do not solve snoring with other causes: if you snore a lot or find it hard to breathe, see a doctor.
Can I use them for sport?
Yes. For intense training, running or CrossFit we recommend our Black sport nasal strips, with an extra-strong hold.
How long does a pouch last?
60 strips: about 2 months using one every night.
Can they be reused?
No. Each strip is single use: if you put it back on, it loses its hold.

How to use
How to use
1. Clean and dry your nose. Remove any oil, creams or make-up so it sticks well.
2. Place the strip on the bridge of your nose, just above the nostrils.
3. Press the ends gently for 10–15 seconds.
4. Remove it slowly in the morning or after training. Single use.
