Collection: Mouth tape

HASLOM® mouth tape keeps your mouth closed while you sleep so you breathe through your nose. It reduces snoring and improves sleep quality. It is made of soft cotton with a hypoallergenic adhesive and also sticks if you have a beard.

• First time? Start with the mouth tape with a central hole: mouth closed without feeling fully sealed.
• Already used to it: sleep mouth tape, without a hole.
• Nose and mouth: combine it with nasal strips in the Full Night Pack.

Only use it if you breathe well through your nose. If your nose is blocked, you have sleep apnoea or another breathing problem, or it is for a child, ask a doctor first. More in the guide to mouth tape for sleep.
