HASLOM 14-day guarantee

If within 14 days of receiving your first order from haslom.com you are not convinced by the strips, write to us at info@haslom.com with your order number. You do not need to send anything back.

You choose: we send you another HASLOM product free of charge, or we refund the money for that first order, shipping included, within 10 days.

The guarantee applies once per customer and only to the first order. If your first order is a subscription, the guarantee covers that first delivery.

Damaged or wrong product

If your order arrives damaged or with the wrong product, write to us at info@haslom.com with a photo and we will replace it free of charge.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return unopened products without giving any reason. The cost of that return is paid by you. To start it, write to us at info@haslom.com.

For hygiene reasons, opened pouches cannot be accepted as returns, except under the HASLOM 14-day guarantee described above.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the same payment method you used for the purchase. Your bank may take a few more days to show it in your account.
