1. Clean and dry your lips and the skin around them.
2. Close your lips gently and place the strip with the hole in the centre of your mouth.
3. Press lightly so it sticks. Do not use it if you cannot breathe well through your nose.
4. Remove it slowly in the morning. Single use.
