Can they be used for sleep?
Yes, at night too. For everyday use and for sleep we recommend the Premium nasal strips, which are gentler, with 60 strips per pouch.
What is the difference between Black and Premium?
Black strips are stronger and open the nose more, ideal for sport. Premium strips are gentler for use every night. Many customers use both: Black for training and Premium for sleep.

How to use
How to use
1. Clean and dry your nose. Remove any oil, creams or make-up so it sticks well.
2. Place the strip on the bridge of your nose, just above the nostrils.
3. Press the ends gently for 10–15 seconds.
4. Remove it slowly in the morning or after training. Single use.
