Mouth tape, also known as mouth strips, gently keeps your lips closed while you sleep so you breathe through your nose. It is made of soft cotton with a hypoallergenic adhesive, stays on all night and comes off without pulling.

What is sleep mouth tape for?
It keeps your mouth closed so you breathe through your nose during the night. It also reduces snoring and improves sleep quality.
Who should not use it?
Do not use it if your nose is blocked, if you find it hard to breathe through your nose, or if you have sleep apnoea or another breathing problem, and do not use it on children, without asking a doctor first. If you feel short of breath, take it off.
First time using mouth tape?
Start with the mouth tape with a central hole: more comfortable while you get used to it.
Does it work if I have a beard?
Yes, it is designed to stick even if you have a beard.
Nasal strips and mouth tape together

How to use
How to use
1. Clean and dry your lips and the skin around them.
2. Close your lips gently and place the strip vertically, in the centre of your mouth.
3. Press lightly so it sticks. Do not use it if you cannot breathe well through your nose.
4. Remove it slowly in the morning. Single use.
