It avoids the feeling of having your mouth completely closed, so you can get used to it more comfortably.
Who should not use it?
Do not use it if your nose is blocked, if you find it hard to breathe through your nose, or if you have sleep apnoea or another breathing problem, and do not use it on children, without asking a doctor first. If you feel short of breath, take it off.
Does it contain latex?
No. It is hypoallergenic and latex-free, suitable for sensitive skin and for beards.
With or without a hole?

How to use
How to use
1. Clean and dry your lips and the skin around them.
2. Close your lips gently and place the strip vertically, in the centre of your mouth.
3. Press lightly so it sticks. Do not use it if you cannot breathe well through your nose.
4. Remove it slowly in the morning. Single use.
