1. Clean your nose
Clean both side of your nose using soap and water or alcohol wipes.
2. Use the Magnetic Applicator to pick up each tab
Tab placement is essential. Apply one tab to either side of your nose and push it down to secure.
3. Wait 3-5 minutes
It is ideal to wait 3-5 minutes for the adhesive to fully set before applying the nose band.
4. Attach the Magnetic Nasal Strip
Put on the Magnetic Nasal strip and let the magnets do the work.
